Deux autres sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s \u00e0 base de l\u00e9vothyroxine&#x002C; Euthyrox\u00ae et L-Thyroxine\u00ae&#x002C; restent disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 de ne plus instaurer de nouveau traitement avec Elthyrone\u00ae.<br \/> Les patients sous Elthyrone\u00ae peuvent passer \u00e0 Euthyrox\u00ae ou L-Thyroxine\u00ae \u00e0 un m\u00eame dosage. Vu la marge th\u00e9rapeutique toxique \u00e9troite de l\u2019hormone thyro\u00efdienne&#x002C; la l\u00e9vothyroxine appartient au groupe des m\u00e9dicaments \u00ab\u00a0no switch\u00a0\u00bb dans le cadre de la prescription sous DCI et&#x002C; dans ce cas&#x002C; ne peut donc\u00a0 pas \u00eatre simplement substitu\u00e9e. Lors de la transition \u00e0 une autre sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9&#x002C; un suivi suppl\u00e9mentaire s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00a0n\u00e9cessaire [voir \u00e0 ce propos \u00e9galement les Folia d\u2019avril 2012 (<a href='https:\/\/www.cbip.be\/Folia\/2012\/F39F04B.cfm'>https:\/\/www.cbip.be\/Folia\/2012\/F39F04B.cfm<\/a>).
